Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
By creating or viewing a countdown on Timexora, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Timexora lets anyone create a countdown timer page and an embeddable widget, free, without an account. Because there's no login, access to edit or delete a countdown depends entirely on keeping your private edit link safe — we cannot verify ownership any other way, and we cannot restore a lost edit link.
Your content
You keep ownership of the titles, messages, and images you add to a countdown. By publishing a countdown (especially one listed on the public Explore gallery), you grant us permission to display it as part of the service — including on the countdown page, the embed widget, and any dynamically generated share image. The same applies to a guestbook message ("wish") you leave on someone else's countdown — you keep ownership of it, but grant us permission to display it on that countdown's page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Timexora — including leaving a guestbook message on a countdown you didn't create — to:
- Post illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
- Upload images you don't have the rights to use, or that infringe someone else's copyright or trademark.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Attempt to disrupt the service (scraping at abusive volume, attacking the site, uploading malware disguised as an image, etc.).
- Use the reminder-email feature to send unsolicited messages to someone else's inbox.
- Post spam, advertising, or abusive guestbook messages on a countdown.
We may remove any countdown or guestbook message that violates these terms, without notice, particularly anything listed publicly on Explore. A countdown's creator can also remove any guestbook message left on their own countdown at any time.
No warranty
Timexora is provided "as is," free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or that a given countdown or its edit link will remain available indefinitely. Don't rely on it as the sole record of a critical date — keep your own copy of important event details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timexora and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including a lost edit link, a deleted countdown, or downtime.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
