How do I calculate the number of days between two dates?
Use theBetween Two Datestab. Enter your start and end date, then click Calculate. You'll get the result in days plus a full breakdown in years, months, weeks, hours, and seconds. Toggle "Business days only" to exclude weekends.
Does the calculator include or exclude the start and end date?
The calculator counts the number of whole daysbetweenthe two dates (end date minus start date). If you want to include both the start and end day, add 1 to the result. For example, from Jan 1 to Jan 3 = 2 days difference (Jan 1→2 and Jan 2→3).
What counts as a business day?
In this calculator, business days are Monday through Friday — weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded. Public holidays arenotexcluded in this general calculator. For US-holiday-aware business day counting, use ourUS Business Days Calculator.
How far into the future or past can I calculate?
